The story kicks off with Donkey Kong’s jealousy over Pauline’s affection for a Mini Mario toy at the grand opening of Super Mini Mario World. In his usual fashion, Donkey Kong kidnaps Pauline, sending Mario on a mission to save her. But instead of the usual platforming, Mario relies on his Mini Marios to do the heavy lifting, solving puzzles and overcoming challenges to rescue Pauline once again.

Endless fun with custom levels

One of the highlights of March of the Minis was its level editor, which allowed players to create their own stages and share them via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. This added an extra layer of replayability to the game, letting fans design their own puzzles and try out levels made by others. With its fun mechanics and charming style, it became a standout puzzle experience for the DS.
